Anne McCawleyPresident, Designated Broker

Anne currently serves on the Board for A New Leaf, an organization that provides a broad spectrum of support services to help individuals and families succeed. She has been an active member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) since 1997. Volunteering on the local chapter and national committee level for NARPM for the past 10 years, most recently serving as the Member Services Chairperson on the National level. She loves singing with her Sweet Adelines Chorus and is very proud to have been asked to lead the National Anthem in front of an audience of 1000 people. This globe trotters most recent trip was to France, which was a lifelong dream trip. Going to the top of the Eiffel Tower was an amazing experience she had the opportunity to share with friends.

Mike MumfordAssistant to the Accountant

Mike oversees all the accounting and data entry staff. He is also responsible for maintaining the phone system, computer server, office network and workstations. He was the local NARPM chapter treasurer 2005 – 2009 and the Phoenix Chapter president for 2010. He achieved the NARPM RMP designation in 2008, the MPM designation in 2011, and was instrumental in BPM becoming Arizona’s first CRMC recognized company. He became a NARPM certified instructor in 2012 and teaches accounting classes throughout Arizona and to other NARPM chapters. His biggest pride is raising two healthy well-adjusted children. He loves to travel and his most favorite experience so far has been his birthday trip to Italy where he took cooking classes, que bella!.

Sarah McCawleyLead Accountant

Sarah has been around Real Estate her entire life. Her grandparents, Frank & Barbara Bennett, are the founders of Bennett Property Management and her mother is the Designated Broker, Anne McCawley. Her biggest obstacle in life so far has been recovering from a spinal injury 2016. Downtime is cherished with her sister, cousins and her many puppies.

Sharon WilsonDelegated Associate Broker/Office Manager

Sharon joined Bennett Property Management in 1993 and is the Designated Associate Broker. Born and raised in Arizona, she likes to read and spend time with her furbaby and her family. Her biggest accomplishment is beating breast cancer in 2016 with friends and family by her side the entire way.

Sarah JohnsonLead Accountant

Sarah started working with our family 2002 in our accounting team. Fast forward 5 years later and she became a Property Manager. Born and raised in Arizona, 2nd generation Arizonian. You can catch her supporting her kids at sporting events, playing volleyball, softball and most importantly hanging out with family and friends.

Laurie DrakeProperty Manager

Laurie is a strong advocate for the Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona. Her son was in a tragic motorcycle accident 2015. This affected his speech, lost a kidney, broke his back in four sections and his skull is half bone half metallic compound. She continues to support her son and push through and see to it that he receives all the help he needs to be the best that he can be. You can catch her on her spare time at the movies, dancing and always with her 3 sons. She also will never pass up a good Groupon.

Terry MendozaProperty Manager

Terry came to Arizona straight from Los Angeles, California back in 1997 and never turned back. Raising 2 young men, preparing them to contribute their share of love in this world. Terry has a passion for water sports, from having her Scuba Diving Certification in Open Waters, joined a Chinese Dragon Boat racing team to most recently training for Hawaiian Outrigger canoe paddling. If you need a good laugh, you just need Terry in your life.

Jim WilsonProperty Manager

Born and raised in Arizona, Jim likes building and creating things. He loves spending time at Disney whenever possible.

Jane McCawleyProperty Manager

Jane came to Arizona from Nebraska for a change in careers. She’s still a “Cornhusker” at heart. She was a Travel Agent for 15 years and has been with us at Bennett Property Management since 2002. She has 2 beautiful daughters. Her oldest works for Disney so, she spends a lot of time at Disneyland with the family. She loves country music and loves to go to the ACM Country Fest in Vegas whenever she can.

Kate ErbeProperty Manager

This ray of sunshine was born in Ohio and moved here at the age of 1. Her boys are her world and she loves playing card games.

Kristina TraylorProperty Manager

Kristina is one of the original agents that has been with us from the very beginning, back when we all had to share computers. Born and raised in Phoenix, this lovely lady raised 2 beautiful, productive children. She loves playing tennis and is part of the Red Mountain Country Club ATA Team.

Melissa FelixAssociate Broker

Melissa is a Spanish speaking, free spirit, no worries kind of lady. She has a handsome German Shepherd and beautiful Belgian Malinois. Always looking for the next adventure fromP trails to new experiences all while holding down the fort as mom of two. Traveling is her passion but only if she finds a good deal. Most recent trip was to Amalfi, Italy where you have no option but to recycle and EAT. Recently started practicing Hawaiian Outrigger canoe paddling, HUKI!

Susan ReevesBrokers Assistant

Susan is our Italian friend and potluck enforcer. Mother of 2 sons, she is proud to have been able to put them both through college with their Masters debt-free. Favorite pastime is getting her blood flowing at the gym and cooks a mean lemon cheesecake.

Jodi BraceAssociate Broker

Jodi has been here at Bennett Property Management since 2001. She was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona and currently lives in the growing Town of Gilbert. She studied Interior Design at Mesa Community College and enjoys DIY/renovation projects. Her greatest joy and accomplishment has been raising her 3 children. She enjoys traveling, road trips and camping.

Sandy ShannonProperty Manager

Originally from Ventura, California. She is a talented photographer and mother of 4. Sandy loves to cook Italian and Mexican dishes. Her pride dish? Grilled Tri-Tip with soft mushrooms, yum! One of Sandy’s passions is photography and many of the photo’s on our website were taken by her.

Yasmeer HernandezAccounts Receivable

There are many joys in my life. From spending time with my family, exploring new adventures with my boyfriend, attending baseball games each time my favorite team is in town, and enjoying live music of different genres. My professional aspirations are to get licensed in real estate so I can pursue a career in property management as well as being an event coordinator. I am also in the process of enrolling into college to achieve my goal of furthering my education.

Carrrie JanealProperty Manager

Carrie started with Bennett Property Management in 2020 and has been a Property Manager in the Phoenix Metropolitan area for 15+ years. Born and raised right here in Mesa, Carrie learned how to drive at Baseline and Country Club which as her mom put it was out in the country you won't hit anything! LOL After graduating from Mesa High Carrie earned her Bachelors of Science and graduated with a dual degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Carrie enjoys spending time with her son and granddaughter, traveling anywhere but especially to Oregon to hike waterfall trails. One of her favorite sayings is "A person's a person no matter how small" and "We are here! We are here!" from Horton Hears a Who. It applies to so many things in life and we too are glad Carrie has landed here with us at Bennett Property Management.

Lynette CaseyProperty Manager

As an Arizona Native Lynette enjoys the outdoors. Lynette enjoys golfing, fishing, and when out for walks in the desert she loves to look for baby horny toads.😃

Lynette received her Real Estate license in 2001 and sold homes for 8 years before becoming a property manager.

Lynette's main highlight is spending time with her husband, her 4 sons, and 3 grandsons, and the Motto she lives by is "life is what you make it".
