Here at Bennett Property Management, we value our residents. When you lease with us, your property manager is your one point of contact for all of your rental needs and questions. Your property manager will assist you from the application process, deposit and leasing of the home. They also are your contact for the duration of your lease.
We offer on-time online payment services through Rent Track. By paying through Rent Track, you can build your credit history as we offer the option of reporting on-time rent payments to major credit bureaus.

Q: How do I apply for a property?
A: Contact the property manager listed in the ad and you will be sent a link to apply.
Q: Do all adults need to apply?
A: Yes, we require applications from all adults who will be living in the home.
Q: I have a pet, will you take it?
A: Contact the property manager listed to inquire if the home you are interested in will take your pet.
Q: I have a service animal, will you take it?
A: Yes, we do. Contact the property manager for the form.
Q: How do I pay move in monies?
A: We will need guaranteed funds for all move in monies.
Our preferred rent payment method is online. We have teamed up with Rent Track to offer our residents the financial benefit of reporting all on time payments to major credit bureaus to help you build your credit history. The online system is available the 25th through 3:00 p.m. Arizona time on the 3rd.
Q: I missed the cut off, what do I do?
A: If you miss the online payment cut off, you will need to bring rent to our office by 5:30 p.m. on the 4th to avoid late fees.
Q: Can I pay with a check?
A: We accept personal checks for on time rent payments if received in our office on or before 5:30 p.m. on the 4th of the month (weekends and holidays INCLUDED).
Q: Do you have a drop box?
A: Yes, we have a dropbox on the east side of our building (parking lot side)
Q: My rent is late, what do I do?
A: Late rent must be paid in guaranteed funds form.
Maintenance requests can be filed online 24/7. You can also call our main office number at 480-969-1818 during normal business hours. We do have a night and weekend EMERGENCY ONLY service at 480-204-2575.
